This afternoon, we talked about what devices we use at home to play games or watch videos. We thought about what we would do if something went wrong or we saw something scary that made us upset. Some children said that they would hide and leave their device. We decided that this would not be a good idea because the scared or sad feeling might grow and become a 'big' feeling that we could not control.
We watched a video by 'Jessie and Friends' who sang a song called 'Funny Tummy'. We listened carefully and learnt that if something online makes us worried, sad or scared that we should tell a trusted adult. We decided that this would be a teacher, a parent or a grown up looking after us at home.
